  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with a return address (if applicable).
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back using a trackable shipping method.

3. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side, such as receiving the wrong or a defective product.

4. Exchanges

We offer replacements only for items that arrive defective or are damaged during delivery. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
